半夏泻心汤加减治疗Hp相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎47例临床观察

目的：观察加味半夏泻心汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）的疗效。方法：运用加味半夏泻心汤治疗幽门螺杆菌（Hp）相关性慢性萎缩性胃炎47例连服4～8周。结果：Hp清除37例（占78．72％），显效7例（占14．89％），有效3例（占6．38％），全部有效，其中，腺体轻中度萎缩患者的清除率高于腺体重度萎缩患者。结论：加味半夏泻心汤能够有效清除幽门螺杆菌，促进胃炎愈合。

Clinical Observation of Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Correlated to Hp, A Report of 47 Cases

Objective ： To observe the curative effect of Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire on chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG）. Method： 47 cases with chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG） correlated to Hp were treated by Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire, and the treatment course was 4 to 8 weeks. Result： 37 cases were cured, 7 cases were excellent, and 3 cases were effective. The total effective rate was 100%. The clearance rate was higher in mild to moderate glandular organ atrophy than in severe glandular organ atrophy. Conclusion： Pinelliae Decoction for Purging Stomach-Fire can clear up Helicobacter pylori （Hp） effectively and promote gastritis to heal.
