三联疗法治疗扁平疣寻常疣

目的观察三种外用药物联合治疗扁平疣和寻常疣的疗效及安全性。方法将100例扁平疣和寻常疣的患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例，治疗组可由（喷昔洛韦）软膏、5-氟尿嘧啶软膏、0．025％迪维霜分别在早、中、晚外用疣体表面。对照组50例，单独外用可由软膏，每日5次。治疗时间均为4周。结果治疗组50例患者中有45例可评价疗效，其中痊愈17（37．78％）例，显效22（48．89％）例，总有效率86．67％；对照组50例患者中有47例可评价疗效，其中痊愈7（14．89％），显效17（36．17％），总有效率51．06％。经统计学处理，两组差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。7例疗程结束皮损消退时出现暂时性色素沉着，1个月后恢复正常；2例患者有红肿，经对症治疗后症状消退不需停药。结论三种药物联合治疗扁平疣和寻常疣安全有效，值得推广应用．

The Combining Therapy with Penciclovir,5-Fluorouracil,Tretinoin Ointments in Treatment of Flat Warts and Verruca Vulagaris

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safty of three ointments on flat warts and verruca vulagaris.Methods 100 patients were divided randomly into control and therapeutic groups with 50 cases in every one.The patients were given Penciclovir,5-Fluorouracil,0.025%Tretinoin ointments at morning,noon,and night respectively in the therapeutic group,while the patients in the control group were only treated with Penciclovir ointment 5 times a day.All patients were treated for 4 weeks.Results 45 patients in the therapeutic group can be evaluated.The cure rate and improvement rate were 37.78%(17 cases) and 48.89%(22 cases),respectively.The effective rate was 86.67%.In control group,47 cases finished the clinical trial.The cure rate and improvement rate were 14.89%(7 cases) and 36.17%(17 cases),respectively.The effective rate was 51.06%.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Hyperpigmentation occurred in 7 patients at the ending of the trial,but it recovered after 1 month.Red swelling occurred in 2 patients and disappeared after symptomatic treatment.Conclusion The combining therapy with Penciclovir,5-Fluorouracil,(0.025%)Tretinoin ointments is safe and effective in the treatment of flat warts and verruca vulagaris.
