| 摘 要： | 目的研究基质金属蛋白酶-10（MMP-10）在食管癌中的表达及与食管癌浸润转移的关系。方法用免疫组化法（S-P法）检测54例食管癌组织中MMP-10的表达和平均血管密度（MVD）。结果食管癌组织中MMP-10的表达明显高于癌旁正常组织，且与食管癌肿瘤外侵、淋巴结转移及临床分期密切相关（P〈0．01）。MMP-10的表达与食管癌组织微血管密度呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论MMP-10的表达和微血管密度在食管癌的侵袭转移中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of MMP-10 and the invasion and metastasis in esophageal cancer. Methods The expression of MMP-10 and mean microvessel density (MVD) in 54 specimens were examined by immunohistochemical stain. Results The MMP-10 expression in the tumorous tissue was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis, invasionand TNM stage(P<0.05) . Conclusion The expression of MMP-10 and increase of MVD may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of esophageal cancer. |
