| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨ABCD评分法在预测患者短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)后卒中风险上的作用。方法:应用6分制ABCD评分法对173例TIA患者的临床资料进行分析。结果:TIA后7d内发生卒中的患者中,86.7%的患者评分≥5分,所有得6分的患者有80.0%于7d内发生卒中,所有得5分的患者有32.1%于7d内发生卒中,得分≤4的患者只有1.4%于7d内发生卒中。结论:ABCD评分法是一种简便易行的对TIA患者进行分层评价的办法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinical effectiveness of ABCD score in assessing the stroke risk after transient ischemic attack(TIA).Methods:ABCD score was used to stratify 173 patients with TIA and to grade the 7-day stroke risk.Results:For patients who developed stroke within 7 days after TIA,the score was 5 or greater in 86.7% of them.The percentages of patients who developed stroke within 7 days after TIA were 80.0% in patients with score of 6,32.1% in those with score of 5,and 1.4% in those with score of 4 or less.Conclusion:ABCD score can be used in routine clinical practice to assess the stroke risk in patients with TIA. |
