长期输液病人血管保护及输液工具选择认知调查

目的]了解长期输液病人及护士对血管保护和输液工具选择的认识.方法]对输液＞7 d以上病人,工作2年以上的注册护士各150人进行随机抽样问卷调查后进行分析.结果]护士的穿刺技术直接影响病人对护士的满意度,病人对现有穿刺工具的种类认识了解不够,在输液过程中发生不同程度的渗漏、静脉炎等,对引起血管损伤的原因不清楚.护士认为穿刺技术有待提高,对病人的血管保护认识不到位,只考虑完成工作量,除普通钢针和留置针外,其他的输液技术未能掌握.结论]护士应加强专业知识的学习,提高对病人血管的保护意识,强化与输液病人的沟通和健康教育.

Investigation on cognition on the blood vessel protection and the selection of transfusion tools for patients accepting long-term transfusion
