| 摘 要： | [目的]观察三级预防康复护理对新生儿胆红素脑病患儿行为发育的影响效果.[方法]将64例胆红素脑病患儿按时间段分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予传统的常规治疗与护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施三级预防康复护理.两组患儿于6个月、1岁、2岁时进行盖塞尔(Gesell)行为发育测试.[结果]观察组患儿在6个月、1岁、2岁时Gesell行为发育测试时发育商数(DQ)较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).[结论]三级预防康复护理对促进新生儿胆红素脑病患儿的行为发育有显著效果.
