| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨脑-颞肌贴敷术治疗烟雾病的围术期护理要点.方法]对行脑-颞肌贴敷术治疗的12例烟雾病病人的临床资料、围术期护理过程及主要护理措施进行总结和分析.结果]12例病人中,7例痊愈出院,4例好转出院,仅1例脑梗死术后情况改善不明显出院.出院后随访6个月～18个月,11例病人病情均较前缓解.结论]做好术前护理,有助于手术的顺利开展和术后的康复.术后做好针对性护理,预防和及早发现并发症,可避免出现不可逆的神经功能损害,提高生存质量.
