| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨新疆高职民族、汉族两班学生对临床护理课程<五官科护理学>学习的掌握程度,及时发现教学中存在的问题,不断改进教学方法,提高护理教学质量.方法]对某大学护理学院高职民族班115名及汉族班92名学生同时开设的五官科护理学的平均成绩、及格率及各题型失分率等进行统计学分析.结果]民族、汉族两班学生成绩差异明显(P<0.05),且相对于客观题民族、汉族两班学生主观题失分率均较高.结论]民族班成绩低于汉族班有许多原因,临床护理教学应根据新疆少数民族地区民族学生的特点,选择适当的教学方法与教材,大力培养优秀少数民族教师,不断提高学生学习兴趣及考试成绩.
