两种新辅助化疗方案联合手术治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效比较

目的探讨新辅助化疗联合手术治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效和安全性,提高手术切除率。方法 60例非小细胞肺癌患者采用随机数字表的方法分为观察组和对照组各30例,行全肺切除、肺叶切除或袖式肺叶切除,术前两组均先行两个周期的新辅助化疗(观察组采用GP方案,对照组采用MVP方案)。结果观察组近期有效率高于对照组,手术时间和术中出血均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论术前采用GP方案新辅助化疗可以获得较好的近期疗效,减少手术时间和出血,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery for non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgery for non-small cell lung cancer to help surgical resection.Methods Sixty patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided randomly into two groups,the experimental group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）.Pneumonectomy,lobectomy and sleeve lobectomy were carried out in the patients.Before surgery all patients received neoadjuvant chemotherapy in two periods.The experimental group was treated by GP program,while the control group by MVP program.Short-term effect and surgical resection were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group （P0.05）,while operative time and blood loss in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group （P0.05）.Conclusion GP program combined with chemotherapy before surgery can get a better short-term effect for non-small cell lung cancer and improve achievement ratio of surgery resection,which is suggested to be recommended in clinical practice.
