| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:选择60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组32例,对照组28例。2组均给予维脑路通、胞二磷胆碱、西比灵等药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用中药汤剂。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.75％,对照组为75.00％,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕比单用西药疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the curative effect of TCM combined with western medicine (WM) for vertigo due to vertebrobasilar ischemia. Methods: 60 cases were allocated to treatment group (32 cases) and control group (28 cases) randomly. Venoruton, cytidine diphosphate choline and sibelium were given in both groups and Chinese herbal decoction was added in the treatment group. Results: The total effective rates were 93. 75% and 75. 00% in treatment group and control group respectively (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The curative effect of TCM combined with WM is superior to that of WM alone. |
