气虚血瘀证动物模型研究的思路与方法

建立证候模型是中医药研究领域急待解决的问题。本文以力竭性游泳复合线栓法复制脑梗死气虚血瘀证的病证结合模型为范例,探讨了建立中医证候模型的思路与方法,力求使气虚作为始动因素、主要因素而贯穿气虚血瘀模型的全过程,动态观察相关的宏观表征和生物学指标,确定其评价体系,为揭示气虚血瘀证的物质基础提供依据。

Thinking train and method in research of animal model with syndrome of qi insufficiency and blood stasis

The establishment of syndrome model is an pressing problem in the field of Chinese medical(research).This paper set an example of the model combined cerebral infarction with syndrome of(qi-insufficiency) and blood stasis,discussed the thinking train and method of the model establishment of syndrome manifestations of Chinese medicine,took qi-insufficiency as the initial factor or key factor(running) through the whole procedure of the model establishment.The correlative macro-signs and(biological) indexes were observed dynamically,the evaluation system was determined and the basis was provided to the material function for opening out the syndrome of qi-insufficiency and blood stasis.
