| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨尿激酶治疗结核性胸腔积液的疗效及其可行性。方法:将110例结核性胸腔积液病人,随机分成对照组(N=56)和治疗组(N=54),采用常规抗结核疗法+强的松治疗,治疗组同时胸腔内注入尿缴酶,观察疗效。结果:治疗组胸腔积液吸收时间明显短于对照组,且无明显副作用(P<0.01)。结论:胸腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性胸腔积液可以缩短积液吸收时间,值得临床上推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:The purpose of this article was to evaluate the intrapleural injection of urokinase in patients with tuberculous pleural effusion. Methods: 110 patients with tuberculous pleural effusion were randomized into control group (n = 56 ) and therapeutic group ( n = 54 ). They were all treated with the routine antituberculous therapy and prednisone while intrapleural injecting urokinase in the therapeutic group. Results: In the therapeutic group, there was no side effect and the absorption time of effusion was shorter than in the control group(p<0. 01) . Conclusion:The intrapleural injection of urokinase could shorten the absrption time of effusion,and was well worth spreading in patients with tuberculous pleural effusion. |
