| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨毛细支气管炎患儿发病早期(24h内)应用布地奈德混悬液、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入后的疗效及其临床意义。方法:连续入选的毛细支气管炎200例患儿,按病程把发病时间<2d为A组100例;发病时间>2d为B组100例;而后A组分为A1对照组、A2治疗组各50例:B组也分为B1对照组、B2治疗组各50例。对照组给予常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗上加用布地奈德混悬液、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗;分别对各组在喘息症状消失时间、喘鸣音消失时间及住院天数进行观察比较。结果:治疗组喘息症状消失、喘鸣音消失、住院天数与对照组相比差异有显著意义(P<0.05),且发病早期(24h内)应用作用优于48h后。结论:早期应用布地奈德混悬液、沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎疗程较短,疗效较好。
