| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨老年性急性弥漫性腹膜炎的诊治方法。方法:以我院52例老年性急性弥漫性腹膜炎为研究组,同期70例青壮年急性弥漫性腹膜炎患者为对照,对两组资料进行比较分析。结果:老年组患者出现腹痛、恶心呕吐、发热等症状的比率明显低于对照组,发生休克的比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。老年组治愈率低于对照组,死亡率和并发症发生率高于对照组,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年性急性弥漫性腹膜炎症状缺乏典型性,误诊、漏诊率高,病情发展迅速,术后并发症多,死亡率高,临床诊治要给予高度重视。
