| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜下对粘连胆囊安全切除胆囊的方法。方法:将83例胆囊三角有粘连患者在腔镜下随机分为胆囊三角入路组(对照组,n=40)和胆囊后三角入路组(治疗组,n=43)。比较两组手术并发症发生率。结果:经后三角入路均顺利完成LC手术,术后并发症5例(11.6%),与胆囊三角入路比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下经后三角入路切除粘连胆囊可以降低并发症,是一种安全的手术方法。
