| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血压正常高值人群脉搏波传导速度(PWV)与超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的相关性。方法:选择血压正常高值者(正常高值组)106例,血压正常者(正常组)83例;检测和比较两组间颈-股动脉脉搏波传导速度(CFP-WV)、颈-桡动脉脉搏波传导速度(CRPWV)、血hsCRP、一般血生化项目及体重指数(BMI),并进行PWV与hsCRP相关性分析。结果:两组间年龄、性别、血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、空腹血糖(FBG)及BMI等指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有较好的可比性;正常高值组与正常组CFPWV分别为(9.3±0.9)m/s、(8.3±0.8)m/s,CRPWV分别为(9.5±1.2)m/s、(8.2±0.5)m/s,hsCRP分别为(3.56±2.27)mg/L、(2.67±1.79)mg/L;两组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),hsCRP与CFPWV、CRPWV相关性分析均呈正相关(分别为r=0.316、r=0.327,P均<0.01)。结论:血压正常高值者PWV明显增高,且与hsCRP成正相关。
