| 摘 要： | 目的:观察三磷酸胞苷二钠(CTP)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的临床疗效及其对神经内分泌的影响。方法:将2009年6月-2010年6月收治的106例中、重度HIE患儿随机分为两组,各53例,对照组采用一般常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用CTP进行治疗,比较两组的临床疗效及主要体征和神经内分泌指标的变化。结果:治疗组意识恢复、反射恢复和肌张力恢复时间均明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组COR和NE水平均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后COR和NE水平明显低于对照组治疗后水平,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:采用CTP对HIE患儿进行治疗,能够缩短意识恢复、反射恢复和肌张力恢复时间,并明显改善神经内分泌,值得在临床推广应用。
