| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨FHIT蛋白在宫颈癌中的表达及与细胞凋亡的关系。方法:采用免疫组化和Tunel标记法对62例Ⅰ～Ⅲ期宫颈鳞癌进行FHIT蛋白表达水平与细胞凋亡的检测。结果:(1)FHIT与病理分级、淋巴结转移有关,与年龄、临床分期及肿瘤大小无明显相关性(P>0.05)。(2)细胞凋亡与临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移及肿瘤大小均有一定的相关性(P<0.05)。(3)FHIT蛋白的表达与细胞凋亡有相关性。结论:FHIT基因和细胞凋亡在宫颈癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用,与宫颈癌的预后有关,FHIT基因与细胞凋亡有一定的相关性。
