阴道分泌物的检验与分析

目的:关注妇女身体健康,降低病原体对妇女的感染率。方法:以岳阳迅超生物技术有限公司生产的阴道分泌物快速染色试剂的操作方法为主,盐水涂片湿片法作参考或二者相结合的方法进行检验。结果:2007年10月-2010年10月共对8 646例阴道分泌物标本进行涂片染色检验,共检出阳性标本(特指清洁度Ⅲ~Ⅳ度)3 905例,占45.2%。其中检出滴虫1 035例,占26.5%;霉菌1 283例,占32.9%;加特纳杆菌59例,占1.5%;肾形相对双球菌368例,占9.4%;核异质细胞3例,占0.07%;条件致病型菌(球菌)1 283例,占32.9%;其他(如阴道杆菌,WBC)109例,占2.8%。结论:阴道分泌物标本中病原体的种类繁多,不同种类的病原体其感染性质、致病力、侵入部位及方式也各不相同,值得分析探讨或研究。

Test and Analysis of Vaginal Discharge

Objective：To focus on women health and reduce the pathogen infection rate of women.Methods：Biotechnology Co,Ltd,Yueyang super fast production of vaginal discharge operation method of rapid staining reagents mainly saline smear wet mount method for reference or a combination of both methods of inspection.Results：The three-year total of 8 646 cases of vaginal secretion samples were stained smear tests positive samples were detected（especially cleanliness Ⅲ~Ⅳ）3 905 cases accounting for 45.2%.Trichomonas detected 1 035 cases of which 26.5%;mold 1 283 cases 32.9%;Gartner bacilli accounted for 1.5% of 59 cases;kidney-shaped relative to 368 cases of meningitis 9.4%;nuclear heterogeneous cell three cases accounted for 0.07%;conditions pathotype strains（bacteria）accounted for32.9% of 1283 cases;others（such as vaginal bacteria,WBC） 109 cases accounting for 2.8%.Conclusion：The vaginal secretion samples,the wide variety of pathogens,different types of pathogens,the nature of their infection,virulence,invasive sites and in a way which is worth analysis of different or research.
