| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清癌胚抗原(CEA)对大肠癌术后复发的早期诊断价值。方法:检测134例大肠癌患者术前及术后血清CEA值,并随访观察6个月~3年。结果:复发组CEA水平显著高于未复发组CEA水平(P<0.05),Duke分级越高的术后1个月的CEA的阳性率越高,并且各组之间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:大肠癌术后定期检测血清CEA的水平能够早期发现其术后的复发和转移。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the levels of serum carcino embryonic antigen(CEA)following the operation of colorectal carcinoma.Methods:Serum levels of CEA in 134 patients with colorectal carcinoma before and after operation were detected,who were followed up from six months to three years.Results:The levels of serum CEA in the recurrence group were higher than unrecurrence group(P<0.05),and also that the levels of serum CEA were correlated to the pathological stages(Duke staging).It had a significant difference... |
