心功能不全合并肝硬化患者生化指标分析

目的:探讨心功能不全合并肝硬化患者生化指标改变的临床意义。方法:分析72例心功能不全合并肝硬化患者(观察组,肝功能异常)的临床特征,同时与30例新确诊心功能不全(对照组,肝功能正常)进行对照,对比两组患者临床表现、肝功能和心功能指标。结果:肝功能异常组患者血清TP、A/G、ALT、ALP、TBA数值及颈静脉怒张、水肿明显比肝功能正常组严重(P<0.05)。结论:心功能不全合并肝硬化患者,肝损害的程度与年龄、病程及病情轻重密切相关。心功能不全合并肝硬化早期临床表现不典型,多发生于年龄较大、病情较重的患者。

Analysis of Biochemical Index in Cardiac Insufficiency Patients with Cirrhosis

Objective：To explore biochemical change of cardiac insufficiency patients with cirrhosis.Methods：Analyzed the clinical feature of 72 patients with cardiac insufficiency and cirrhosis（observation group：liver function abnormal）and 30patients with cardiac dysfunction（control group：liver function normal）.Clinical manifestations,the index of liver function and cardiac function of both groups were compaerd.Results：Serum TP、A/G、ALT、ALP、TBA of observation group increased.Jugular vein engorgement and edema was obviousiy serious.It was a significant difference.Conclusion：The extent of liver damage relate with age and duration in cardiac insufficiency patients with cirrhosis.
