| 摘 要： | 目的评价传统窝沟封闭术(CST)与洞型制备窝沟封闭术(EST)的治疗效果。方法实验以新鲜离体牙20只为实验对象,分为实验组(EST)与对照组(CST)两组进行,用SEM观察封闭剂的密合度及窝沟的深度。结果SEM观察实验组具有较为完善的封闭效果,传统方法往往形成表浅封闭(super-filling)。结论通过洞型制备处理窝洞后,能达到真正意义的封闭。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this article was to evaluate two methods for pit and fissure sealing.Methods The author observed the adaptation of Enameloplasty Sealant Technique(EST) with scanning electron microscope(SEM),and compared with Conventional Sealant Technique(CST).Results After SEM preparing for the pit and fissure,the super-filling could be avoided.Conclusions It is effective to seal with EST. |
