| 摘 要： | 目的:研究北京大学第一医院不动杆菌临床分离株耐药表型与基因型.方法:琼脂稀释法和E-test法测定13种抗菌药物对31株不动杆菌的最低抑茵浓度(MIC),PCR检测8种耐药相关基因并测序分析.结果:18株不动杆菌呈现多重耐药;aacCl,aacA4,PER-1,AmpC和Intl阳性率分别为58.1%(18/31),3.2%(1/31),3.2%(1/31),54.8%(17/31)和67.7%(21/31),aacC2,OXA-23和Int2阴性;敏感组和耐药组Intl检出率分别为23.1%和100%.耐药基因与已知序列同源性均>98%.结论:北京大学第一医院不动杆菌耐药问题严重,对β内酰胺类和氨基糖苷类抗生素耐药性分别与AmpC和aacCl相关;Intl与多重耐药相关.
