| 摘 要： | 我院1979～1985年手术治疗肛门失禁6例。年龄6～16岁。5例行股薄肌移植肛门括的肌成形,疗效好3例,良好1例,差1例。自体掌长肌游离移植耻骨直肠肌成形1例,效果良好。1例股薄肌移植后效果差,加行自体掌长肌游离移植后有改善,但仍有污粪。随访时间2～7年半。文章就小儿肛门失禁的原因、治疗方法进行讨论,并对治疗小儿肛门失禁的两种方法进行了比较。

| Abstract: | From 1979 to 1985, 6 patients were operated on for anal incontinence.The age of the petients ranged from 6 to 16.5 underwent anaplasty with gracilis muscle trans-plantation. The results of 3 of them were excellent, one was good, and one waspoor. One underwent puberctalis muscle plasty with free transplantation of autoge-nous palmaris longus muscle. The result was good. One case was poor after gracilismuscle transplanttation. However,when it was followed by free transplantationof autogenous palmaris longus muscle, the case was improved, but there was stillspot feces. All of them were followed up from 2 to 7.5 years. In this paper, causesof children anal incontinence and methods of treatment are discussed, the two met-hods of treating the anal incontinence are compared. |
