| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨静脉丙球(IVIG)治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎(RVE)的疗效。方法:将临床和实验检查确诊REV的42例患儿随机分为两组,对照组27例给予抗病毒和对症支持治疗,治疗组15例在对照组基础上加用IVIG400mg/kg静脉滴注1次,比较两组止泻、退热和临床症状改善时间,同时观察RVE患儿心脏受累情况。结果:治疗组平均止泻、退热和临床症状改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.001),未见副作用。结论:IVIG可用于治疗婴幼儿RVE,能缩短病程,安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of intravenous immunoglobuin(IVIG)on infants with rotavirus enteritis(RVE).Methods:Forty-two infants with RVE were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group was treated with one dosage of IVIG(400mg/kg)and the normal supportive therapy.The same therapy was performed in control group,except for IVIG.The average time of defervescence and terminated-diarrhea were compared between two groups.The percentage of abnormal electrocardiogram was also ob-served.Results:The durations for the relieving of fever,diarrhea,and for the amelioration of clinical symptom in treatment group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.001).No side-effects occurred in treatment group in this study.Conclusion:IVIG therapy is safe and efficacious for infants with RVE,and it is helpful in shortening the period of progress. |
