食盐及钙对大鼠血压、血浆钙调素和红细胞膜ATP酶活性的影响

摘    要:观察高、低钠和高、低钙摄入对大鼠血压、血浆钙调素(CaM)和红细胞膜ATP酶活性的影响。结果表明,高钠摄入8周可使大鼠血压显著升高,血清钠和24h尿钠明显高于对照组(P<0.01),血浆CaM水平亦明显升高。高钙摄入能降低血压,24h尿钙和血浆CaM水平明显升高(P<0.05),红细胞膜钙泵活性也提高;而低钙摄入则血压升高,24h尿钙降低(P<0.01)。

Abstract:Effects of sodium and calcium intake on blood pressure (BP), plasma calmodulin (CaM) and erythrocyte (RBC) ATPase activities were studied in Wistar rats. The results indicated that BP , serum Na+ and 24h urine Na+ excretion were increased significantly in high-Na-loading rats as compared with that of the control group. High Ca-intake was found to decrease BP with increase of 24 h urine calcium excretion, plasma CaM level and the RBC Ca2+-Mg2+ ATPase activity, while low Ca-intake would cause increase in BP and decrease in 24h urine calcium excretion.
