| 摘 要： | 目的 提高广泛脑挫裂伤病人的疗效。方法 对我院1998年4月～2002年7月收治的100例广泛脑挫裂伤病人的诊疗过程进行回顾。结果 100脑挫裂伤病人中，康复良好54例，中度残废15例，重度残废17例，植物生存2例，死亡12例。结论 早诊早治是治疗关键，特别是GCS积分较低、有严重挫裂伤、水肿及较大颅内血肿的病人，均应及早开颅。

| Abstract: | Objective To increase the curative effet of extensive cerebral contusion and laceration.Methods The examination and treatment of 100 patients were reviewed.Results In 100 patients , 54 patients were recovered , 15 patients were physically mid-disable , 17 patients were serious disable , 2 cases were planted , 12 cases died. Conclusions Early diagnosis and therapy are necessary . Patients with lower GCS , serious contusion and encephaledena , increased hematoma , were treated with surgical operation in shorter time . |
