青少年中幽门螺杆菌感染和胃炎的发病因素调查

为进一步研究胃幽门螺杆菌（ＨＰ）与胃炎发病的关系，对河南省食管癌和胃癌高发区１９４例１５岁～２６岁的青少年进行了胃粘膜活检和营养素生化测定。发现胃炎的组织学检出率高达９３．８％。银染色法检查ＨＰ的感染率为８５．６％，血清学法检测ＨＰ的感染率为５０．６％。活动性胃炎ＨＰ感染率为１００％，非活动性胃炎ＨＰ感染率为６５．１％。ＨＰ感染者慢性萎缩性胃炎发病优势比（Ｏｄｄｓｒａｔｉｏ）为５．５。胃癌家族史、吸烟、高盐饮食也与萎缩性胃炎发病呈正相关。结果表明：ＨＰ感染、高盐饮食和维生素缺乏可能是青少年中胃炎的发病因素。

Prevalence of helicobacter pylori and histologic gastritis among youngsters

The gastric mucosa obtained by biopsy from 194 subjects aged 15 to 26 in the areas of high incidence of esophageal and gastric carcinoma was examined and the nutritional status of the subjects was assayed in order to study the relation between the infection due to helicobacter pylori(HP) and chronic gastritis. High prevalence of gastritis(93.8%) was found. The infection rate of HP detected with silver staining was 85.6% among the participants studied,whereas that detected with serologic technique was 50.6%, All the 119 cases(100%) of histological chronic active gastritis were HP positive, HP infection was found in 65.1% of the cases with chronic inactive gastritis. The odds ratio of the incidence of chronic atrophic gastritis of those infected by HP was 5.5. Family history of stomach cancer, current smoking,and a high monthly salt consumption(>500 g/month) also showed a positive correlation with chronic atrophic gastritis.The HP infection,high salt consumption and a general nutritional inadequacy appeared to contribute to a higher prevalence of gastritis in youngsters in China.
