| 摘 要： | 应用心外膜多个电极记录心室晚电位,初步观察了实验性心肌梗塞后晚电位的发生、特点及其与室性心律失常的关系,晚电位的发生与心肌梗塞面积大小的关系。

| Abstract: | Using multiple bipolar epicardial electrodes, electrophysiological stimulations, TTC myocardium staining and other techniques, 18 dogs were studied before and after AMI by coronary ligation.The results demonstrated: (1) No obvious VLPs occurred before and during 24 h aher AMI, VLPs usually occurred 24 h after AMI;(2) VPBs occurred during 24 h after AMI were not related to the VLPs. There was a close relation between VPBs and the occurrence of VLPs, VLPs and VT/VF 24 h after AMI;(3) Usually no VLPs occurred when the infarct size was less than 25%. |
