| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨腹腔镜输卵管间质部切开取胎缝合术治疗输卵管间质部妊娠的价值。方法:对17例腹腔镜诊断为输卵管间质部妊娠病例同时行间质部切开取胎缝合术,对其治疗结果、优越性及预后进行分析。结果:17例均顺利完成手术。结论:腹腔镜输卵管间质部切开取胎缝合术是治疗间质部妊娠的良好选择。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of interstitial tubal ectopic pregnancy treated with laparoscope. Methods:17 cases of interstitial tubal ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by laparoscopy were dissected in interstitial to break out the embryo and oversew the oviduct, then evaluate the result, advantage and prognosis.Results:All the cases were operated favorably, a characteristic of the operation was small incision and comeback soon.Conclusion:It is a considerable choice that interstitial tubal ectopic pregnancy treated with laparoscope under which dissect in interstitial and oversew the oviduct. |
