清热化湿通腑汤联合奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎患者的效果

目的:观察清热化湿通腑汤联合奥曲肽治疗急性胰腺炎(AP)患者的效果。方法:选取86例AP患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各43例。对照组经静脉注射奥曲肽治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合清热化湿通腑汤治疗。比较两组疗效、症状缓解时间、炎性因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后胃肠功能恢复时间、血淀粉酶恢复时间、尿淀粉酶恢复时间、体温恢复时间均短于对照组,IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热化湿通腑汤联合奥曲肽治疗AP患者,可提高治疗总有效率,缩短症状缓解时间,以及降低炎性因子水平,效果优于单纯奥曲肽治疗。

Effects of Qingre Huashi Tongfu decoction combined with Octreotide in treatment of acute pancreatitis

Objective: To explore effects of Qingre Huashi Tongfu decoction Combined with Octreotide in treatment of acute pancreatitis(AP). Methods: 86 AP patients were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intravenous injection of Octreotide, while the study group was treated with Qingre Huashi Tongfu decoction on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, symptom relief time, and levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)] were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The gastrointestinal function recovery time, blood amylase recovery time, urine amylase recovery time, and body temperature recovery time of the study group after the treatment were shorter than those of the control group, the IL-6, TNF-α, and CRP levels were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Qingre Huashi Tongfu decoction combined with Octreotide in the treatment AP can improve the total effective rate of treatment, shorten the symptom relief time, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors. Moreover, it is superior to single Octreotide.
