Observation on the treatment of college students psoas strain with the combination of stinging therapy of burning medicated thread of Zhuang medicine and TCM manipulation

Objective:Observe the clinical therapeutic effect of psoas strain by the combination of stinging therapy of burning medicated thread of Zhuang medicine and TCM manipulation treatment.Method:Divide 60 patients randomly into three groups,patients with stinging therapy of burning medicated thread of Zhuang medicine and TCM manipulation treatment as a test group,patients with TCM manipulation treatment as first control group.And patients with stinging therapy of burning medicated thread of Zhuang medicine as second control group.After 8 times systematic and standardized treatment,compared the VAS score(pain level)and evaluated the treatment effect with SPSS26.0.Results:After treatment,the efficient of three groups were:95.0%(19/20)for test group,65.0%(13/20)for first control group and 45.0%(9/20)for second control group.The VAS score in test group from SPSS26.0 is lower than the other two control groups.This result indicated that the treatment in test group is more effective and efficient(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of college students psoas strain with the combination of stinging therapy of burning medicated thread of Zhuang medicine and TCM manipulation can reduce or release patients uncomfortable feeling and have a clear therapeutic effect.
