针刺联合康复疗法治疗卒中后偏瘫患者的效果

目的:观察针刺联合康复疗法治疗卒中后偏瘫患者的效果。方法:选取88例卒中后偏瘫患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各44例。对照组行常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗,比较两组临床疗效、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)、Barthel指数(BI)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)和功能性步行量表(FAC)评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.5%,明显高于对照组的79.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,BI、FMA、FAC评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合康复疗法治疗卒中后偏瘫患者可提高治疗总有效率、BI、FMA和FAC评分,以及降低NIHSS评分,优于单纯康复疗法治疗效果。

Effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on patients with hemiplegia after stroke

Objective: To observe effects of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy on patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods: 88 patients with hemiplegia after stroke were selected as the research objects, and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, 44 cases in each. The control group received rehabilitation therapy, while the observation group received acupuncture treatment on the basis of that of the control group. The clinical efficacy, national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS), Barthel index(BI), Fugl-Meyer motor function(FMA), and functional ambulation category(FAC) scale score were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.5%, which was significantly higher than 79.5% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the BI, FMA, and FAC score were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy can improve the total effective rate of treatment, the BI, FMA and the FAC score, and reduce the NIHSS score for the patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Moreover, it is superior to single rehabilitation therapy.
