头孢呋辛与头孢唑林对剖宫产产妇术后切口感染的预防效果比较

摘    要:目的:比较头孢呋辛与头孢唑林对剖宫产产妇术后切口感染的预防效果。方法:选取86例行剖宫产手术的产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各43例。对照组采用头孢唑林治疗,观察组采用头孢呋辛治疗,比较两组术前及术后第4天血常规指标[白细胞计数(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、中性粒细胞百分比(Neu%)]水平、术后切口感染率、发热率、住院时间和用药时间。结果:手术前,两组WBC、Hb、Neu%水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第4天,两组WBC、Hb、Neu%水平均低于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术后切口感染率、术后发热率、住院时间和用药时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:头孢呋辛与头孢唑林对剖宫产产妇术后切口感染的预防效果相当。

Abstract:Objective: To compare effects of Cefuroxime and Cefazolin in prevention of postoperative incision infection of parturients undergoing cesarean section. Methods: 86 parturients undergoing cesarean section were selected as the research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table, 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Cefazolin, while the observation group was treated with Cefuroxime. The blood routine index [white blood cell count(WBC), hemoglobin(Hb), neutrophil percentage(Neu%)] levels before and 4 th day after the surgery, postoperative incision infection rate, fever rate, hospital stay and medication time were compared between the two groups. Results: Before the surgery, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of WBC, Hb, and Neu% between the two groups(P>0.05). However, on the 4 th day after the surgery, the levels of WBC, Hb, and Neu% of the two groups were lower than those before the surgery, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);however, the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Further, there were no significant differences in the postoperative incision infection rate, postoperative fever rate, hospital stay and medication time between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions: Cefuroxime and Cefazolin are equivalent in the prevention of postoperative incision infection of the parturients undergoing cesarean section.
