预见性护理对心脏永久起搏器植入患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨预见性护理对心脏永久起搏器植入患者生活质量及遵医行为的影响。方法：选择心脏永久起搏器植入术患者108例作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各54例。其中对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予预见性护理。评估并比较两组患者干预前后负性情绪、生活质量、睡眠质量及干预后遵医行为的差异。结果：干预前两组患者生活质量、睡眠质量及负性情绪比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后，观察组患者的生活质量、遵医行为及睡眠质量均优于对照组，负性情绪水平均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：预见性护理干预能够明显改善永久起搏器植入患者的负性情绪及遵医行为，提高其生活质量及睡眠质量。

Influence of predictive nursing on compliance behavior and quality of life of patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation

Objective: To explore the effect of predictive nursing on the quality of life and compliance behavior of patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation. Methods: 108 patients who received permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation were selected as research objects and divided into observation group (54 cases) and control group (54 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given predictive nursing based on the control group. The difference of negative emotion, quality of life, sleep quality and compliance behavior between the two groups were evaluated and compared before and after intervention. Results: There was no significant difference in quality of life, sleep quality and negative emotion between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05). After the intervention, the quality of life, compliance behavior and sleep quality of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the level of negative emotions were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Predictive nursing intervention can significantly improve the negative emotion and compliance behavior of patients with permanent pacemaker implantation, thus improve their quality of life and sleep.
