The Standardization study of Traditionl Mongolian medical classification of syndrome in acute chest pain

Objective:through the statistical analysis of the syndrome types of acute chest pain in,to screen the meaningful indexes for the diagnosis of syndrome types,and to establish the diagnostic criteria of acute chest pain in traditional Mongolian medicine,to provide the theoretical basis for formulating the emergency diagnosis and treatment norms of traditional Mongolian medicine and Modern medicine.Methods:A prospective study was conducted to collect the clinical data of 586 patients with non-traumatic acute chest pain from March 2018 to December 2019 in the Emergency Department of our hospital,according to the classification of syndrome,statistical analysis was carried out to screen the meaningful indexes for the diagnosis of syndrome type.Results:The data of 586 patients with acute chest pain were analyzed.The Classification of Syndrome types were 172 cases of Heyi type,286 cases of Qisu type,58 cases of Nianxie type and 70 cases of Huyang type.Through the statistical analysis of the symptoms and auxiliary examination indexes among the syndrome types,the differences of objective clinical indexes among the syndrome types of acute chest pain were summarized.Conclusion:through the statistical analysis of the syndrome types of acute chest pain in traditional Mongolian medicine,we can screen the meaningful indexes for the diagnosis of syndrome types,and establish the diagnostic criteria of acute chest pain in traditional Mongolian medicine,to provide the theoretical basis for formulating the emergency diagnosis and treatment norms of traditional Mongolian medicine and Modern medicine.
