扩散峰度成像在脊髓损伤性病变中的研究进展

摘    要:磁共振扩散峰度成像(DKI)是建立于非高斯成像基础上,可准确显示水分子运动受限程度的成像技术;可以动态反映人体的超微结构及相应病理改变,为脊髓损伤的研究提供了新的思路,且在脊髓损伤性病变的诊断和预后评估中,较传统MRI更加敏感.本文对脊髓DKI的技术原理、临床应用等进行综述.

Abstract:Recently, diffusion kurtosis imaging (DKI) is proposed to study the deviation of water diffusion from Gaussian distribution. DKI has been shown to be useful in assessing pathophysiological changes, thus providing a new access for research of spinal cord injury (SCI). DKI is more sensitive than traditional MRI in the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of SCI. It was reviewed in this paper, including the technical aspects, clinical applications and so on.
