| 摘 要： | 目的：研究化浊行血汤对局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠行为学、脑梗死体积和细胞坏死、凋亡的影响。方法：用大脑中动脉线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,检测脑梗死体积,并比较其神经功能行为积分;应用流式细胞仪和Annexin-V试剂盒检测缺血中心区和缺血半暗带区的细胞坏死率和凋亡率。结果：与模型组比较,治疗组脑梗死体积明显缩小（P〈0.01）,治疗组大鼠神经功能行为积分明显下降（P〈0.01）,缺血半暗带区的细胞坏死率和凋亡率明显降低（P〈0.05）。结论：化浊行血汤可减少局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠脑梗死体积,改善脑缺血后神经行为症状,降低缺血半暗带区的细胞坏死率和凋亡率。

| Abstract: | This study tries to observe the effects and molecular mechanism of Hua-zhuo-xing-xue decoction on treating ischemic cerebral injury. We created the middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) rats to study the focal cerebral ischemic.
