| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨蒙汉族银屑病皮损细胞间粘附分子(CD54)及表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达情况.方法:采用免疫组化染色方法研究银屑病患者皮损部位CD54、EGFR的表达.结果:蒙汉族银屑病患者皮损部位CD54、EGFR的表达均阳性.结论:CD54、EGFR与银屑病发病机理有关.CD54、EGFR在蒙、汉族银屑病皮损的表达无差异.

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the expression of adhension molecules(CD 54) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in Mongolian and Han psoriasis.Methods:Immunohistochemical technique was employed to detect the expression of CD 54 and EGFR.Results:There was positive expression of CD 54 and EGFR in the lesion of both the mongolian and Han patients with psoriasis.Conclusion:CD 54 and EGFR are associated with the pathogenesis of psoriasis.The expression of CD 54 and EGFR in psoriasis does not differ between the Mongolian and Hans. |
