香丹注射液与丹参注射液临床不良反应比较研究

目的考察香丹注射液、丹参注射液的不良反应。方法用随机、对照的方法观察两药的临床不良反应。结果香丹注射液、丹参注射液在临床上约30％-40％左右的病例为循环系统疾病，10％～20％病例为损伤疾病。香丹注射液38．78％的不良反应症状为皮疹，丹参注射液43．24％不良反应症状为心悸、气短；不良反应发生时间主要在用药第2～12天用药过程中；临床约60％不良反应病例的症状较重且需对症处理。结论此临床不良反应观察显示，香丹注射液、丹参注射液安全性表现无统计学差异。

Clinical Observation of the Adverse Drug Reaction Induced by Xiangdan Injection and Danshen Injection

Objective To observe the adverse drug reaction（ADR） induced by Xiangdan injection and Danshen injection. Methods The randomized controlled method have been used to observe the ADR of Xiangdan injection and Danshen injection. Results In clinic, 30%-40% cases used Xiangdan injection and Danshen injections had circulatory system diseases, while 10%~20% cases had injury diseases. 38.78% ADR symptoms of Xiangdan injection were rash and 43.24% ADR symptoms of Danshen injection were palpitations and breathy hard. The ADR occurred mostly in 2-12 days when the injections were using. There were 60% cases were serious cases and needed symptomatic treatment. Conclusion In clinic, the safety of the two injections is no different in statistics from our observation.
