| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨近期不健康心理因素与脑梗死发病的关系。方法 随机调查2001年元月～12月期间，以脑梗死就诊的门诊患者312例，就其发病前1周内有无不健康心理因素情况，结合临床进行分析。结果 ①脑梗死患者中于病前1周内有不健康心理因素者占38．5％；②脑梗死发病近期内不健康心理因素主要为与人发生冲突，生气、抑郁、恐惧及情绪低落。结论 近期不健康心理因素是诱发脑梗死的危险因素之一，临床预防中应予以足够重视。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveExploring the relation between the unhealthy psychological factors and the death for brain block.Methods 312 patients died of brain block were analyzed to discover whether they had had unhealthy psychological factor one week before they were ill. Results 38.5%Patients died of brain block had unhealthy paychological factors,which were mainly argument with other persons,get angry,depression,fear and emotional turndown etc. Conclusion The unhealthy psychological factors are one of the main reasons of the death for brain block,which should be noticed in prevention. |
