摘    要:目的 探讨16排螺旋CT(3DMSCT)容积重建及多平面重建在颌面部骨折中的应用.方法 94例颌面部骨折病例,先经3DMSCT扫描,然后在工作站上进行容积重建和多平面重建.结果 容积重建在显示颌面部骨折的类型、位置、范围、碎骨块移位、塌陷,尤其是不规则骨折线的走行等空间信息方面优于多平面重建.多平面重建影像在显示深部结构骨折、细小骨折等方面优于容积重建.结论 容积重建影像能清晰显示颌面部的空间解剖关系,可提供理想的整形模型,多平面重建影像是诊断颌面部骨折的基础,二者应结合应用.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and clinical value of volume reconstruction(VR) and multiplanar reformation(MPR) in maxillofacial fracture.Methods Ninety-four cases of maxillofacial fractures were examined with 3D-MSCT and then the images were taken with VR and MPR on work-station.Results VR was superior to MPR in demonstrating the space relationships of facial fracture,such as the fracture location,range,fragments displacement,collapse,and especially in tracing fracture lines.MPR were better in illustrating deep structure and exiquous fractures.Conlusion VR has some clinical values in assessing maxillofacial fracture because it can provide space relationship information and ideal plastic model.MPR is the basis of diagnosis of maxillofacial fracture,so it is best to combine this two methods.
