| 摘 要： | 本实验用免疫组化技术ＡＢＣ法，测定了肝几肝硬化细胞中的ｂａｘ和ｃ－ｆｏｓ蛋白。结果表明：癌组的ｂａｘ和ｃ－ｆｏｓ基因表达均显著增高，提示，ｃ－ｆｏｓ基因激活，导致肝癌的发生，同时，促细胞凋亡基因ｂａｘ表达增强，细胞凋亡剧烈。

| Abstract: | We detected the bax protein and cfos protein in the cells of liver neoplasms and liver cirrhosis.Results:in the cancer group the expression of bax genes and cfos genes are markedly increased ( P <0.01).Conclution:activation of cfos genes lead to the occurrence of liver neoplasms,while bax genes express and the apoptosis is fast. |
