| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨改良式B-Lynch缝合术联合垂体后叶素治疗剖宫产术中宫缩乏力产后出血的应用价值。方法:对剖宫产术中因宫缩乏力引起出血25例应用改良式B-Lynch缝合术联合垂体后叶素治疗疗效进行分析。结果:25例改良式B-Lynch缝合术联合垂体后叶素治疗宫缩乏力产后出血有效率为100%,有效地减少了产后出血量,降低因产后出血切除子宫发生率,术后全部子宫复旧良好,伤口愈合良好。结论:改良式B-Lynch缝合术联合垂体后叶素是治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的一种有效措施,具有很好的临床使用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate value of combined usage of modified B-lynch suture and pituitrin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia during cesarean section. Methods ： 25 cases of postpar- tum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia during cesarean section were treated with combined usage of modified B-lynch suture and pituitrin. Results ：The success rate of combined usage of modified B-lynch suture and pituitrin in the treatment of 25 cases postpartum hemorrhage during cesarean section is 100%.Which can decrease effectively the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and rate of hysterectomy. Uterine involution and wound healing of 25 cases are all good. Conclusion：Combined usage of modified B-lynch suture and pituitrin is effective in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia during cesarean section, which has good clinical values. |
