狂犬病疫苗接种者的细胞免疫应答研究

[目的]研究狂犬病疫苗对接种者的狂犬病毒细胞免疫作用。[方法]接种狂犬病疫苗者在注射完狂犬病疫苗后15天作狂犬病毒抗体和淋巴细胞转化率检测。[结果]接利，狂犬病疫苗者的总淋巴细胞转化率、自发淋巴细胞转化率、狂犬病毒淋巴细胞转化率和特异性淋巴细胞转化率的均数分别为83．99％、8．93％、15．06％和6．13％，抗体阳性组和抗体阴性组的狂犬病毒淋巴细胞转化率、特异性淋巴细胞转化率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。[结论]接种狂犬病疫苗后，73．08％的狂犬病毒抗体阳性者产生了细胞免疫应答，狂火病毒抗体阴性者对狂犬病毒无特异性细胞免疫力。

Studies on Cellular Immunity of the Persons Vaccinated with Rabies Vaccine

[Objective]To study the cellular immunity to rabies of the persons vaccinated with rabies vaccine.[Methods]Testing the antibody and the percent of transformed lymphocyte(PTL) to rabies of the persons vaccinated rabies vaccine after 15 days.[Results]Of the persons vaccinated with rabies vaccine,the mean PTL,spontaneous PTL,rabies virus PTL and the particular rabies virus PTL were 83.99%,8.93%,15.06% and 6.13% respectively.The discrepancy of rabies virus PTL and particular PTL between the positive antibody group and the negative antibody group had great significance(P<0.01).[Conclusion]Of the persons whose rabies antibody was positive after vaccinated with rabies vaccine,73.08% persons produced particular cellular immunity.But the persons whose rabies antibody was negative did not produce the particular cellular immunity.
