| 摘 要： | 考务管理对保证考试质量的重要性毋庸王疑.科学完善的考务管理能提供标准化的考试环境,客观、有效、可靠地评价应试者的真实水平和工作效率.从我国医师资格考试的现状出发,借鉴国内外的先进经验提出了我国医师资格考试考务管理模式构架,强调考务管理中的组织体系、运行体系及评价体系的内涵建设是构建模式的核心,此模式的构建对我国医学考试考务管理模式的建立具有现实的和积极的作用.
