| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸、腰转移性肿瘤患者的临床资料。方法回顾性分析43例胸、腰椎转移性肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果手术后4例3个月内死亡,39例随访3个月-36个月,平均18.5个月,所有患者手术后疼痛得到缓解甚至消失,脊髓压迫症状改善或缓解。结论胸、腰椎转移性肿瘤的手术治疗能够稳定和重建脊柱,改善或缓解脊髓压迫症状,从而改善患者的生活质量。术中彻底切除肿瘤、减压及坚固内固定是保证治疗效果的关键。

| Abstract: | Objectives To study the clinical features and surgical treatment of the thoracic and lumbar spinal metastases. Method 43 cases with lumbar spinal metastases were underwent with anterior or （and） posterior tumor resection and internal fixation. Result 4 cases died within 3 months after surgery. The pain of patients was relieved and the neurological status of the patients was maintained or improved. Conclusion The surgical treatment of the thoracic and lumbar spinal metastases could stabilize and reconstruct the spine, maintain and improve the neurological status of the patients. |
