舒芬太尼复合氟比洛芬酯用于开胸手术术后静脉镇痛的临床研究及护理

摘要] 目的 探讨舒芬太尼复合氟比洛芬酯用于开胸手术术后静脉镇痛的临床效果及护理。方法 选择择期开胸手术病例80例，随机分为镇痛组和对照组，每组40例。术后随访并加强护理干预，观察并记录术后4，8，12，24，48 h 的疼痛、恶心、呕吐的评分及生命体征变化和各种不良反应情况。结果 两组患者术后SpO2均维持在96%以上,心率术后4，8 h对照组比镇痛组明显增快，VAS评分除术后4 h两组比较无明显差异外，其他各时点对照组明显高于镇痛组（P<0.05），需额外使用镇痛剂。结论 舒芬太尼复合氟比洛芬酯患者自控静脉镇痛用于开胸手术术后镇痛效果良好，通过护理干预，可明显提高开胸手术患者术后的生活质量。

Clinical research and nursing of sufentanil combined flurbiprofen on PCA after thoracotomy surgery

Objective: Research clinical effect and nursing of sufentanil combined flurbiprofen on PCA after thoracotomy surgery. Methods: Eighty selective thoracotomy surgery patients were received and randomly divided into two groups (analgesic and control group) with 40 patients each. We make post-operation follow-up and reinforce nursing on every patient. Observe and record score of ache , nausea and vomiting, changing of vital sign and every adverse reaction at 4h、8h、12h、24h、48h after surgery . Result: Two groups’ SpO2 were always over 96%, heart rate in control group at 4h, 8h after surgery is significantly higher than analgesic group, VAS in analgesic group at time points is significantly higher than control group but at 4h, need additional pain-killer. Conclusion: The effect of sufentanil combined flurbiprofen on PCA in thoracotomy surgery is better, and can obviously improve life quality of patients after thoracotomy surgery through nursing.
