团体箱庭疗法对大学新生适应不良干预效果持续性的研究

目的:了解团体箱庭疗法、团体心理辅导对大学新生适应不良的干预效果,分析两者干预效果出现差异的原因。方法:采用《中国大学生适应量表》(CCSAS)和《症状自评量表》(SCL-90)筛选出14名适应不良的大学新生,将他们分成2组,分别采用限制性团体箱庭疗法和以团体活动为主的团体心理辅导进行干预研究。结果:团体箱庭疗法和团体心理辅导对缓解大学新生适应不良都具有良好的效果,但团体箱庭疗法在缓解情绪适应的效果要优于团体心理辅导。结论:团体箱庭疗法对大学新生适应不良干预效果的持续性更优于团体心理辅导。

The Continuous Study of Group Sandspiel for the New College Students Adapting the Bad Intervention Effect

Objective To find out the effects of group sandspiel and group psychological counseling for the New College Students Adapting the Bad Intervention Effect,analysis of the causes of the difference between the two intervention effect.Methods This study selected 14 non-adaptive freshmen through <>(CCSAS) and <>(SCL-90),we divided them into 2 groups,separately adopted the restricted Group Sandspiel and the Group Psychology Counseling,which is mainly based on activity to do the intervention study.Results Both the Group Sandspiel and the Group Psychology Counseling have good defects on the new college students to relieve non-adaption.But the Group Sandspiel is superior to the Group Psychology Counseling on the effect of relieving emotional adaption.Conclusion The Group Sandspiel is even superior to the Group Psychology Counseling on the effect of adapting the bad intervention.
