| 摘 要： | 目的:检测逆转胶囊对乳腺癌耐药相关蛋白表达的影响,探讨其逆转乳腺癌多药耐药的作用机制。方法:流式细胞术、免疫印迹技术(Western-blot)检测逆转胶囊作用前后MCF-7/ADR细胞表面P-糖蛋白(P-gp)、多药耐药相关蛋白(MRP)的表达。结果:逆转胶囊能显著抑制MCF-7/ADR细胞表面P-gp的表达,并可诱导MRP表达下降,其作用随血药浓度增加和作用时间的延长而增强。结论:逆转胶囊逆转乳腺癌多药耐药的机制与下调P-gp和MRP的表达有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To detect the effect of reversal capsules on resistance-associated protein and explore its mechanism of reversing multidrug resistance of breast cancer.Methods:To detect the expression of P-gp and MRP on MCF-7/ADR cells by flow cytometry and western blot before and after reversal capsules was used.Results:Reversal capsules could significantly inhibit the expression of P-gp.Reversal capsules could make the expres-sion of MRP decreased.And the role enhanced with the increasing of concentration and time.Conclusion:The reversal role of reversal capsules may be related to reducing the expression of P-gp and MRP. |
